Colleagues Direct Line Managers Pension Contribution of 15% Sharesave and SIPP schemes

Cons

The SLT do not give a monkeys about their staff. Finally confirmed today after weeks of asking for data on the RTO mandate. If you don't like it, you know where the door is and you won't be missed. Thats despite the same people offshoring 40% of the roles to India.

My colleagues are some of the best people I have ever met. I have made true friends for life.

Cons

Poor management, abysmal senior management. A culture that claims to be modern and forward thinking but remains archaic and restrictive. I have seen poor behaviour from senior leaders regularly dismissed or ignored.
