Benefits package is ok. Colleagues are good, but not SLT.

Cons

Very poor communication from the board. Removal of flexible working. Not investing in technology, putting them way behind competitors.

Pros

Good pension scheme. Wide range of flex benefits. Somewhat decent salary ranges compared to average market. Great people if you are fortunate to land in one of the few actually great areas of the bank.

Cons

No career path. Few if any promotion opportunities. Ivory tower leadership completely disconnected from reality. Parroted values that not even leadership respects or follows. Soul crushing governance. Extremley slow to do anything. Social structure based on salary grades. Extremely heavy on politics.
