An overnight dismantling of Lloyds core values, CEO making rash decisions with no explanation, Colleagues' health is suffering immeasurably and no answers forthcoming. HR followed up (eventually) with a condescending survey that made things much much worse.

Colleagues have great experience and flexible minds to help others learn develop and solve problems.

Cons

SLT and Board are simply deploying a backward strategy of removing all the flexibility that has been bestowed on colleagues for the extra mile they have all gone. Fairness said not applied different pay grades for the same role. Colleagues advised that culture must change but no detail of what is wrong. Clearly SLT with a view of what they want but cannot explain what they want to change. No appreciation of experience and knowledge.
