AVOID, SLT seem to have lost the plot!

Pros

Immediate team is very knowledgeable

Cons

SLT archaic approach to employee working conditions. Changing the hybrid working policy with no good reason other than 'because we want to'. The comments/concerns of thousands of employee ignored, other than an insultingly biased/skewed/leading survey. Dreadful leadership who treat their workforce with utter contempt. Who knows what other changes they'll make in the future, I don't plan on sticking around to find out.

Pros

Fabulous people at a local level who are passionate about delivering for customers and supporting each other.

Cons

Used to be a progressive, family-friendly, flexible, supportive place to work. Previous leadership had vastly improved the culture making it a business i was proud to be a part of and happy to put in the extra unpaid hours for. All of the above appears to have gone out the window with the arrival of the new CEO and people leader.

Pros

Up until about a week ago it was a good place to work. But after their recent decisions I'm now struggling to find positives.

Cons

No more compressed hours, they're scrapping that. If you want to work a 4 day week or 9 day fortnight then you need to take a paycut to do it. You now need to go into the office two days a week, but their example work patterns for this feature people being in 3 days a week, so you can already see where this is going.
