Great for up and coming engineers, but not enough opportunities for mid to senior level

Pros

Great environment for young engineers to get some real practical experience. Lots of senior folks willing to mentor, and management is very supportive of your career development. Work life balance is also great especially with 9/80.

Cons

Due to budget cuts, there is a lot less room to grow for mid level or senior engineers. After years of layoffs of senior positions, the outlook for Sunnyvale campus is getting more bleak.

Its great with terrific benefits and coworkers are generally there to help and not give a hard time plus you can enter in as an intern and get paid still.

Cons

Managment needs to work more on communication and irs more of a workplace than a social gathering.

Vacation and floating holiday benefits are great, great projects to work on depending on the program you're in.

Cons

Senior management can be a bit misguided and lack communication, therefore resulting in a lot of issues when it comes to actually progressing towards a goal.
