Salary, really bad managers out number the good ones, very few good HR reps, no training or upward mobility for certain positions or certain level employees

None great place to work

Lack of training, forced to work harsh deadlines, favors extraversion, boot strap mentality

could improve on communication, authentic culture, company events

Health, Dental, and vision is very expensive with high deductibles Management is overly focused on how long each job takes rather than their employees Makes aviation feel like a factory job

There is a lot of duplicate training.

The Wash They will not make it easy to learn new tech, and funds are anemic. Generally management travels to Vegas each year, and returns with a show and tell. You will be underpaid compared to the market after 5 years. Your OJT training will always be antiquated tech, you will not have trending experience to place on your resume. The Rense This is not your parents Lockheed Martin, the benefits have been gutted, do not buy into the total compensation they will try to sell you on. Recycle & Repeat You expire after five years, and they will replace you with the next new shiny resume they find.
