Pros

Lockheed Martin’s flexible schedule, 4 hour work week, and access to extensive training make this a great place to intern.

Cons

My internship, like most, was remote, which made networking and socializing tough at times.

Pros

This is a great place to start your career, but never stay longer than five years.

Cons

The Wash They will not make it easy to learn new tech, and funds are anemic. Generally management travels to Vegas each year, and returns with a show and tell. You will be underpaid compared to the market after 5 years. Your OJT training will always be antiquated tech, you will not have trending experience to place on your resume. The Rense This is not your parents Lockheed Martin, the benefits have been gutted, do not buy into the total compensation they will try to sell you on. Recycle & Repeat You expire after five years, and they will replace you with the next new shiny resume they find.

Cons

Limited training and education opportunities for items needed for job duties Occasionally morally dubious contracts and behavior from mid-senior level management Lackluster health/vacation benefits
