Quickly made to feel part of the team. With commitment, there are plenty of opportunities to progress if that is what you aim for. Structured work, reliable hours.

Cons

So much emphasis on selling the &more credit card which is clearly not a great deal for customers. You are pressurised into pushing the sale of the card which can at times feel slightly uncomfortable. However, I believe this system has changed since I last worked for M&S.
