Pros

Pay is reasonable for part time retail work. There are also opportunities for promotion to coach, section co-ordinator and section manager positions,

Cons

Breaks tend to be quite short. 30 minutes for an 8 hour shift leaves very little time if you want to go out to eat. No tea breaks.
