Staff discount overshadowed by scheduling issues

Staff discount although the extra discount we used to get from sparks isn’t as good now it’s recently changed Holiday buy scheme

Cons

Constantly having your shifts changed at short notice Now being told we have to give availability on our days off incase they need staff to do extra hours Expecting too much with limited resources Having to work Xmas Eve and boxing day
