No training, challenging work environment and management issues

Pros

Most of the staff are lovely and will help each other out. Staff discount (after 3 months) Tea/coffee bread & fruit available for staff on breaks Staff sale is good opportunity for bargains (permanent staff only)

Cons

Understaffed Equipment constantly broken and not repaired properly No proper training programme Hard physical work - you are in your feet all day. Most people have burns and bruises. Trays and trolleys are heavy. Every shift there are new rules about how things have to be done. It’s ridiculous. Leave requests denied without explanation.
