      Pros

      Great for fresh graduates with no experience

      Cons

      No loyalty to tenured employees. No healthcare retirement benefits, other than good vacation time and health insurance, nothing else to offer. Dying pyramid model structure.

      Pros

      I had some amazing department managers and supervisors, was part of a great team, and learned a lot about my industry. The company paid for annual membership to a professional organization.

      Cons

      I started working there during COVID, fully remote. They made us go "back" to the office gradually, and were on a schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days WFH, which was not ideal but worked well. When the current CEO took over, he forced us to be in the office 4 days a week, which nobody liked, especially when so many of us could work fully remote and had no reason to be in the office at all.
