Self employed; set your own schedule; no limit to your income potential; support is always there; constant training available; you can climb status level to make higher commission. Mary Kay gives women strength, confidence and a place to grow. Provides chances to win great prizes every quarter.

Cons

In order to climb the status ladder, you have to rely on your team for some success. You can earn awards based on your sales. Stepped down from director to consultant due to no insurance. Had to get a job w/ benefits.

Cons

quotas. Mary Kay corporate controls a lot. There are many restrictions on what you can do on social media. The legal department doesn't have your back as much as you may think.
