Pros

Fun times, rewards for doing your job range from praise by leaders to (EARNING) FREE cars and trips. Training ALWAYS available to help consultants. Leadership is verrrry motivational. Products are the best on the market. FLEXIBILITY to meet personal life values: Faith, Family, Career

Cons

Costly products and minimum qualification to remain "active" for consultants seeking part-time sales status. Limited amount of product offerings especially when competing with other similar companies and their products.

Pros

Amazingly friendly employees. Mary Kay has a fairly dynamic and competitive compensation structure. Due to the warm corporate culture, it is fairly easy to accomplish your work. Executive team is very available and supportive.

Cons

Consensus based decision making leads to many many meetings. Executives make most if not all decisions. Antiquated corporate culture that lacks flexibility and agility. Big corporate engine that is slow to change. Not as progressive as many other corporations in the Dallas area.
