Pros

The US Marketing Department integrates PR, ad and marketing which makes working much easier and the projects are developed quicker than any job I have had in the past. Everyone treats each other with respect and kindness.

Cons

Personally, I do not work well in a women-only environment. We had two males and about 30 females on the same floor and it was an overwhelming amount of estrogen. If something went wrong, it went extremely wrong.

Hard to get promoted because no one ever leaves Promotions are often based on office politics instead of merit VERY behind with technology Lack of trust in senior management
