good benefits and company still holds true to its purpose of helping women

Cons

company going thru a lot of change into a true global company; too many employees, especially management, that have been there for their entire career. Their scope of how to advance the company is very limited. Also very old-school.

I've heard that they are making some major changes that should help propel it out of the 19th century into the 21st. Excellent pay. Great Benefits.

Cons

If you haven't worked there for 20 or more years, your opinions and ideas do not matter. They wanted to do the same thing the same way.
