Pros

Not much anymore. Keeping promotions to a minimum and workloads increasing. Moral is low yet management does not care and unwilling to change

Cons

Used to be a great company to work for. If you are under 30 you are valued. Over 30 good luck! No one willing to take risks.

Cons

There are a lot of changes going on within McDonald's. There is a broad effort to outsource.

Pros

I've worked at McDonald's for coming on 3 years now, and the biggest pro I can think of is how flexible it is. I go to uni 9 months out of 12, but my business manager still allows me to do shifts over Christmas, Easter or summer. All I have to do is call him up and say when I'm available and I'll get shifts!

Cons

At times, as you can imagine, it can get busy and the pressure can build up, especially when eyes are on the managers to perform well at the secret shopper tasks.
