Pros

One meal free, I can't remember nothing else.

Cons

Long shift without breaks or previous notice when it is busy, if it isn't busy they will send people home one or two hour after start your shift, the management team was rude and disrespectful they were shouting all the time. The managers don't respect the shifts time table at all, sometimes I had to work 11 hours with 30 minutes break only. Employees in McDonald's are treated as slaves. After I left the company, they never gave me my P45, I asked several times by email and phone, I went to the store and two of the managers told me that they couldn't find it.

Excellent Benefits! Loads of long-term employees. Helpful employees. Fun Environment.

Cons

Long hours. Employees need a voice. HR not helpful. Some long-term executive managers are totally out of control and never held accountable.
