      Stay far, far away from Meltwater. Believe EVERY negative review you read. Please do not leave your job for this company. You will regret it. Everyone at this company is out to get you, and no-one will ever have your back. Constant gossip. If you make a mistake, you are considered the worse and everyone will talk about you on Slack. When I worked here, my Area Director would take me into a little coffee shop and scold me for every move and word that came out of my mouth. When I would walk to work in the morning, I had the biggest pit in my stomach and cried everyday after work. It is truly the WORSE place ever, and I highly advise you do not work here.

      Pros

      -comped meals at company events -only promote from within, relatively fast promotions

      Cons

      -absolutely zero work-life-balance -heavy micromanaging (reading emails, screen sharing to see work, constant pinging for answers) -management is very young & inexperienced, management team does not know how to manage multiple employees in a healthy way -management has very aggressive sales tactics that will 100 percent make you feel uncomfortable & will make your clients angry -NO DIVERSITY whatsoever. There was not one person of color on my team or in my area of 4 different offices -they claim to have very strong culture, but it's not

      Fun people, everyone is super young. And you get really good at cold calling.

      Cons

      Literally cried every day. Just don’t do it. During the pandemic they made us sit on zoom with our cameras on all day.
