Cant think of any. Was worst career decision to get associated specific team i joined. I hope the whole org doesn't function in haphazard manner.

Cons

Incompetent and moody Low level and Mid level Management (for specific team i had to join). Highly prejudice and delusional of their abilities and ideas. Micro Management at its verse. Manager expects you to get your internal discussions and emails (verbiage) validated before sending across. A new one. Unnecessary aggression and belittling of employees.

Environment is very relaxed and you'll make some good friends.

Cons

You are literally forced to lie everyday. They lie to you... you lie to your accounts... giant circle of lies. You will literally have to mimic what they are saying to you while you are on the phone with your clients and a lot of times your clients can hear them so it's really embarrassing. They can also hear Roddy Rich and Drake basically putting on a live concert while you're trying to sell your client a broken social media tool for 20k that has a minimum sales price of $1500.
