If you can manage to stay past the first few years, you’ll eventually get good accounts and can make decent money. Good benefits.
Cons
The worst culture I’ve ever endured. Constantly over worked and under paid. Management only cares about themselves and revenue, never the well being of their employees. Was implied that working on weekends and holidays was necessary. Was often given ‘homework’ on weekends. Would get messages from my manager at all hours of the day. The culture was very corporate bro with tons of partying and often felt like a frat house. Often found colleagues crying in the bathroom. Management will try to sell you on the dream and often coerce you into following a pathway you don’t want. Lots of internal politics, preferential treatment, etc etc etc.
