There are no pros to this job specifically, I did meet some nice people though who also left because they did not like it.

Cons

By far the worst company I have ever worked for. If you start this job out of college, just know - most sales jobs are not like this. You have many options outside of this company, you can go somewhere that respects you, your time, and the value you bring. Don't let the upper management make you believe this is the place to be - it is quite the opposite.
