      Meltwater is the kind of organisation that slowly manipulates you into believing everything is your fault. It’s only when you leave and join a normal company that you take a deep breath and think -What on earth was I doing there? The leadership is genuinely awful, I’d go as far as saying borderline bullying. The product constantly breaks, yet you’re repeatedly told the issues are down to you. The blame culture is relentless... I honestly cannot stress this enough- please avoid this company at all costs. Everyone I know who worked there has struggled with their mental health because of how little the organisation cares about its employees.

      The hiring process was great, really transparent and respectful. So far, the product team is amazing, really energetic, and always willing to help each other. Great employer benefits as well, above the law.
