      Pros

      Decent Pay, great products, and good customers.

      Cons

      Platform is great but the culture not so much. Pay is decent but how far does that really take you when you are working for the man. Meltwater provides good customers a good product but they do a horrible job of maintaining a genuine environment. People simply dislike their very own colleagues and make it known at Meltwater.

      Free snacks, some cool clients

      Cons

      Toxic management will drive this company into the ground. They promote people that have no business being in leadership positions. Culture of 24/7 work - don’t post anything from your weekend or you’ll get called into a boardroom and criticized for not working the whole weekend. The way they treat their employees is absolutely disgusting, I have never endured such a horrible, disrespectful culture. Oh, and the pay and vacation time sucks too. Stay far far away

      Meltwater use to be amazing until Q1 of this year

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, no recognition, disorganized, no growth potential. They treat their employees terribly. The company was good until they had a mass re-org in January of this year. Micro management, no growth, no work life balance, no recognition for successes. I highly highly recommend you do not work at this company. Management is disorganized and you will feel like another number. They are losing more and more of their people as months go on
