      Pros

      One of the best opportunities for young people, especially those fresh out of college. No other company will put in this much effort into their people, I'm still amazed by it every single day.

      Honestly the only thing is that it's lot of work but it's worth it and you are doing it with the people who become your family.

      Pros

      Having been at Meltwater several years now, I can't begin to explain how much this job has taught me. There are very few companies out there that invest in training young talent and very few positions where you have direct access to your Manager, Director and the Executives all at once even as an entry level employee. This job rewards hard work and the potential for growth is truly exciting. I have yet to feel like my progress is stalling and am learning something new every single day. Getting to manage a team and impart the knowledge I have acquired over the last few years is truly the most fulfilling part of the job.

      Cons

      The initial ramp up can be challenging, and everyone who undertakes this needs to be resilient, approach this with a positive attitude and understand that the reason the first few months are so challenging is because the training is intense and rigorous but leads to strong end results.
