      Awesome office events (rock climbing, go-karting, cocktail making, escape rooms, comedy nights, cooking classes, trapeze!, concerts - just name a few) . Travel opportunities (internationally and nationally) Quick career progression Constant learning and personal development Office culture (young, fun, vibrant, ambitious, supportive management, team mentality)

      Cons

      Long hours - You put in your time at the beginning, but the hard work is noticed and pays off down the road. You'll encounter rejection -everyone does. Take it as a development piece. Great opportunity to grow and build resiliency + confidence.

      - The work culture (amazing environment to be a part of) - The opportunity to grow (promote internally) - Monthly team outings - Open office concept - The compensation (You get what you put in) - The opportunity to speak with a wide range of different people across different industries Meltwater will push you to be the best you can be. If you don't have the 'work hard, play hard' mentality, then this job isn't the right fit for you.

      Don't have anything negative to say about Meltwater. At times the job can be tough, but that's what makes it exciting!

      Pros

      I am continuously inspired and thankful to work with such an awesome team on a daily basis! Management teams on all sides (new business, account management & senior managers) are all driven, passionate and caring of their people - and aren't shy when it comes to sharing praise for all to see! Focus is sales - which leads to personal development, management opportunities and growth in both business and outside of work.

      Cons

      If you come prepared to work, are excited for feedback/growth and are able to handle the challenges that go along with a sales career -- you will find very little to label as a con.
