Pros

Meltwater embraces a culture you not only want to come into work everyday and win, you also want your colleagues to win. The attitude every individual has at this company is to work hard and have fun while doing it. I enjoy coming into the office everyday not only because of the people, but, how successful we all are.

Cons

I can't put anything to mind when it comes to a con of Meltwater. The only thing that some people face as a challenge is having a new goal each month of the year.

Pros

Opportunity to grow with full support and encouragement Open environment, agile team GREAT culture Invests a lot in team, sense of belonging, and career growth Lots of responsibility

Cons

There are no cons if you want to work in sales and make a lot of money. This is a place that rewards you for the hours you put in. Snacks could be improved with more healthy options If you are not a self-starter and a go-getter this might be tough

Pros

Meltwater provides one of the most inclusive environments of any employer I've had thus far. As an entry-level employee, I get access to top managers and other experienced veterans, who are all more than willing to share their business wisdom and expertise. I genuinely enjoy my coworkers, and feel like Meltwater treats us incredibly well. It's a company thats really bought in to both my personal and professional growth, and I know that if I'm willing to work hard, there's nothing impeding me from earning more responsibility and more money.

Cons

There is so much talent at the sales level, it can become difficult to advance to the upper tiers of management. There is a bit of a brain drain at the middle-management level, because, for example, there are 10-15 incredibly qualified candidates competing for 1-2 open managerial spots, forcing some people to leave if they want to experience the upper management experience they deserve.
