Pros
Great people and a great company. Few other entry-level roles would give you as much insight in to how different businesses are run as this one does. The opportunity to step-up and take on managerial roles so early on is also refreshing and exciting - you see people develop very quickly, and the company is growing steadily because of it.
Cons
There have been historical issues with the product stability which I think are over now, and there is still a divide between the business lines and the central functions. Could definitely spend more money on engineering and product development in order to accelerate the growth of the company even further.
