Fast growing company with still a lot of opportunity for upward mobility, if you are successful you will be recognized and rewarded quickly Surrounded by people who are young, motivated, smart, and hardworking Management takes into account the best interests of its people, not always just what's best for the bottom line The culture is one that encourages people to show their personality at work, and it is possible to make some great friends in the process

Cons

This is mainly a sales organization and If you start in the company in a sales role and aren't successful in sales after the first few months, you will not have a good experience If you want a career where you aren't friends with (at least some of) your colleagues, this is not the place for you as it's a heavily team-oriented environment
