Pros

- Amazing company culture. You become great friends with the people that you are working with. - Ability to make quite a bit of commission and bonuses...you get out what you put in - Great sales training and leaders in the company. You have the ability to be promoted within a short period of time

Cons

- Sometimes, the company culture can be overwhelming. You get used to this though! - Work/life balance is hard to maintain, but gets easier as you get accustomed to the work load

Pros

Great culture, great friends, and great company to work for hands down. Everyone is extremely supportive & truly wants you to succeed. You learn so much about so many different industries, and have high level conversations with C-level execs constantly. Not to mention there is a ton of personal & professional growth you experience.

Cons

There is a ton of work in the beginning that you have to do, but it is all worth it. It can be at times a bit difficult to balance work and life in the first few months, but once you get your groove & experience it is doable.

Pros

Meltwater values their employees more than any other asset. In the couple years that I've worked here, they are very accommodating to their employees needs to ensure that people are able to grow and enjoy working here. Culture is strong in a way that you feel you are a part of a supportive team atmosphere that has the winning attitude, but not at the expense of your colleagues (which is a rare find in a sales-driven organization). It's a great job to have in your 20's as there's office events/happy hours that make the overall experience unique and fun. The compensation plan is great with uncapped commission/solid bonus structure. The OTE (which I had thought in the interview process would be out of reach) is more than attainable too. If you work hard here, you will be very successful. They provide a lot of training and coaching to ensure that you reach your full potential.

Cons

Expect to work very hard, especially in your first couple of months. It's what you should expect in an entry-level job, but just keep in mind that this ramp-up period is short term.
