      Pros

      CULTURE. The culture throughout the entire company is inspiring. Everyone has the same values and goals to help this company move forward. EXPERIENCE: This was my first job out of college and the amount of business knowledge that I have learned is incredible. There is a lot of training at the beginning of the role, but you are instantly given responsibilities of your own. There is a lot of opportunity to get promoted quickly and work out of different offices around the world. MONEY: Great opportunity to make a lot of money if you put in the time.

      Cons

      TIME: this is not a problem for me, but this job is very time consuming. If you are not willing to put in a lot of work to succeed, you probably won't. This job truly requires a determined and hardworking individual.

      Pros

      Culture is the center of our day to day at Meltwater. Every day I am surrounded by competitive, passionate, and successful people who truly bring out the best in each other. I feel like the compensation is a great motivator to put in the work day in and day out. The training from day one is very hands on and you are treated like a professional from your colleagues right out of the gates.

      Cons

      The first few months are intense. There is a lot of work that has to be done out side of the office to make sure you are hitting all of your daily goals. But things get better with time and the hard work truly does pay off. It would be nice to have some more incentivized stock options in the near future.

      Pros

      The culture at Meltwater is unlike anything I've ever experienced. ON a day to day basis I'm smiling as I walk in the door and as I walk out I can't wait to get back into the office the next day with my team. Our culture of success is really shining through with our results. I have the utmost trust and confidence in my career path.

      Cons

      The cons could be as simple as the fact that if you don't want to be in an outgoing, loud, high-energy and fast paced environment, this might not be the job for you. The environment can be distracting at times.
