Pros

They try to make the job sound enticing by including things like fancy lunches twice a week, target celebrations for achieving monthly target and bonuses however, this is purely a cover up.

Cons

- Firstly the job is portrayed/advertised as something completely different to what it is. - Before you even start the role you are expected to prospect about 100 companies only to find that those companies are already taken by current employees, completely wasting your time. - The hours you are expected to work is ridiculous for the amount you are paid. - The job is glorified, however, all you do everyday is cold call companies. - You show customers the same demo day in and day out, repetitive as anything. - You are expected to do constant trainings outside of work hours. - The people are fake. - The commission they promise you never actually arrived and if it does it certainly isn’t the correct amount. - No one is happy there.

Pros

Starting pay is relatively higher for fresh university graduates, regardless of what was your major, or where your degree was from. Good base entry pay, which can be used for negotiation in future jobs. 20 days of annual leave. Fellow analysts are helpful towards each other. Good pantry coffee and snack supplies. Also, having shift work means that you can focus on your side hustle, studies or skills upgrade after shift ends, you don’t take work home with you.

Cons

Manual and repetitive work is used to overcome the technical lapses of their proprietary software (ie. if Fairhair fails to pickup certain articles, analysts must MANUALLY trawl more than 100 websites to check if there is a particular report). Work can be rather manual and repetitive, which can lead to a human error that clients penalise the company for, or the lack of advanced skills development in analysts. Analysts which are dedicated to major clients (or so the client thinks) are made to serve another client in discreet; this leads to overworking the analysts, and clients are not actually given the resources they were promised.

Pros

Fun environment at times Snacks Nice office Compensation is way above the usual norm, especially if you're a fresh grad Great activities International Guests If the management likes you, you are golden! You can murder someone and they will still keep you on, probably throw in a promotion for your terrible efforts too!

Cons

AD who is in la la land and literally does nothing for the India region Cut throat sales team who don't think twice about cold calling and harassing the leads to the max India is the step child of the organization They will use you and throw you without a seconds thought but may hire you back if you give up your self respect Closing week is terrible - no way will you leave the office before 12 AM! You have to be "cool" in order to be hired. Good background, schools and family a must!
