Pros

Somewhat "gray" area in terms of flexibility with work-life balance. That gray can be a negative at times as well (don't look a gift horse in the mouth) though. Product is at least interesting, and there is a concerted effort and investment on that front.

Cons

Being an Account Manager here is honestly a pretty rough experience. The pay is extremely low, and the compensation structure around ACV is borderline embarrassing, especially when you’re working within a portfolio that feels far more SMB than true mid-market. Hitting quota is difficult not just because of performance, but because of how the book of business is designed. There’s also very little investment in career growth or development. Feedback loops are weak across the board. Whether it’s individual performance, team dynamics, or broader organizational issues, it rarely feels like concerns are heard or acted on. At times, the role feels less like strategic account management and more like pushing a product that doesn’t always live up to how it’s positioned. That creates a disconnect that can feel uncomfortable and, frankly, frustrating. The culture doesn’t make up for it either. The company operates very lean to a fault. Even at work events, cost-cutting shows up in ways that feel out of touch. Having to share rooms on trips as a working professional is not a great look and speaks to the broader lack of investment in employees. Overall, I would not recommend working here. It’s a challenging environment without the support, compensation, or culture needed to make it worthwhile.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the product interesting and saw some value in the flexibility around work-life balance. We also take your concerns very seriously regarding compensation, quota design, career development, feedback quality, and overall support for Account Managers. We understand how important it is for roles to feel both achievable and fairly structured, and your comments highlight areas where clarity, enablement, and consistency are essential. We also note your feedback around investment in employees and transparency. Ensuring people feel supported, developed, and clear on expectations is something we continue to work on improving across the organisation. Pros

Work from home, pushing the work life balance spirit, positive and supportive teams. An MNC company so they have a lot of courses and programmes to learn for free (about the platform)

Cons

Repetitive work, "positive toxicity" cuz they give you a lot of work with the reason of "I believe in you". Workload somehow differs based on teams, which is unfair. Pay high for fresh grads then you'll be stuck there without any annual increment unless you are promoted.

Disjointed strategy and layoffs

Pros

Great at hiring awesome people - the only reason I hung around

Cons

Company has never cared about any positions except sales, it is PAINFULLY obvious when they only invite sales teams to literally any “company” get together; all about outsourcing cheap labor overseas or to contractors, zero investment in current employees. Now they’ve laid off dozens of people who have been here for a decade+, reducing senior leadership capabilities, as well as brought in people on the C-suite level and let them go within a few years. Appears the company has an extremely disjointed strategy at the moment and is desperately trying to shed headcount as they prep for what their backers hope will be a sale to some other company when it’s no longer their problem to worry about.
