      Pros

      I've really enjoyed working at Meraki. I especially enjoy the people I work with. In terms of work life balance, it's great for all professionals but particularly for sales. Pay is competitive, and the products are really well-received in the market.

      Cons

      The company is still growing very rapidly so they will have to be careful not to shift off-course growing at such speed.

      Pros

      Meraki has a great feel, your team becomes like a second family. Expect to work hard and be surrounded by people who were also the smartest person at their last job. Company events are frequent and fantastic.The right manager will help you get ahead and you'll have lots of opportunities to pick up new skills and get promoted.

      Cons

      Depending on your manager, your movement through the company can be very smooth or very hindered. Work/life balance is going to be skewed towards work.

      Pros

      Although under Cisco's umbrella, Merkai's culture is pretty great with wonderful people and companions (dogs). There are company trips and events year round, snack perks, and the occasional food fair.

      Cons

      There isn't much room for advancement unless in your in sales or any other department that matters the most. No working from home policy.
