      Good company. There is so much to learn with lots opportunity for growth. Fast paced environment

      Pros

      Great benefits and flexible work hours. A lot of perks if you're an FTE, the free Microsoft bus system is a an added +. Lots of opportunity to move around in the company. To survive your 1st year here you have to think quick on your feet, be resourceful, have excellent time management skills, and build a network early on.

      Cons

      Very ambiguous environment, unstructured and not well organized. Lots of office politics. I'm relatively new to the company and my work peers have all been there for many years so there is tremendous resistance to change even though change is needed in a lot of areas.
