      Pros

      The view from the NY office.

      Cons

      Disconnected, rude, and unprofessional leadership. Tone is set from the top and its off pitch. Very uncomfortable work atmosphere - its quiet as a morgue and its a sales floor. Old technology with no innovation, limited resources to do so. Also, keep in mind this is the company that rated MBS A++. Corrupt, untrustworthy - if you think the tiger has changed its stripes...no. I don't foresee a healthy future for the company, clients hate their products but have been forced to use them - thankfully, alternatives have risen. Most people inexperienced there as it is.

      Pros

      You will develop skills in how to distrust yourself, will get first hand experience of living in a country like Syria, North Korea or India (under British Raj).

      Cons

      Ask a question and you will be given a look if the question was "can i sell your kidney?". Use your brain and you will be bombarded with cliches as in why you should not use such a scarce commodity so often.

      Pros

      Thinking... Oh it's so hard to find pros, better find a new Galaxy.

      Cons

      A constant environment of threat and bullying. People get rebuked severely for things which anyways don't make sense. Everyone is biting other's head off because every one feels insecure. Some real insecurity and trust issues along with absence of compassion. (Sorry compassion is too much for these guys to even have known). Learning is a dead end road.
