      it's a job but don't expect much

      Cons

      No raises, no bonus even after several great reviews. You are just a place holder for them to collect more than double what they pay you. No one has your back just the opposite.

      Steady but mostly unpredictable paycheck

      Cons

      Poor direction. Poor leadership. Employees never kept in the loop regarding matters that could affect their jobs. Employer hides information about closures and layoffs until date of the event, even going so far as to deny layoff rumors and to encourage employees to reject other job offers even though management knows the ax is about to fall.

      Remote work possibilities, and "appearance" of a busy environment to work.

      Cons

      In my personal experience here, the team of people I landed does not worth the time. I was placed under a group of managers in a project out of control. Instead of reassessing the situation they acted as the "Yes man". They DO NOT care about employees, simply the worse place I've ever worked.
