      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good. PTO is excellent. Some jobs allow work from home.

      Cons

      Instability. Management allows themselves to be manipulated by certain individuals. Politics and favoritism are rampant and not for the good. They expect extra work from some and virtually none from others.

      Pros

      Dynamic industry (unified communications), good products and services, good customer service, many good people

      Cons

      High levels of staff churn in sales (>35%pa). Senior management blame individual sales rather than develop viable growth strategies supported by investment. Short-term focus on profitability only, not developing medium and long term viability.

Unfortunately, if sales professionals are not meeting there budget there can be turnover. That is true of any organization that has a sales force.       Pros

      You learn a few things about Oracle and Excel. You get assigned a lsptop. They have food trucks nearby.

      Cons

      This company is full of lies. They are all about politics and what u can do for them. They will use you until enough work is done or they are tired of you not hanging out with them during lunch or after work. Repetitive work with high work load. Little to no room for advancement unless your part of the clique. Stay away from Dimension Data!
