      My Management team has been replaced by purchased Dell Services people Acquisition of Dell Services has hurt benefits, caused legacy NTT employees to take the back seat. If you were to look at the current org chart you would swear that Dell Services bought NTT Data Executive management level is as bad as I have ever seen. They are mostly ex-EDS/Perot and retired HP folks who should have stayed retired. All are friends of the current CEO residing in Plano,Tx. No family events Pay raises are be below national average An offshore first mentality Career opportunities are all but non existent

      The San Diego, CA office has one of the best, hard working people i've ever met

      Cons

      The organizations has a territorial culture. We didn't even have an org chart posted in the intranet (this is a tech Co.)
