Good CEO , but engages himself in many micro decision making processes Excellent salary Easy and less complex appraisal process

Cons

Worst HR Relevant team do not know about skills management..Though they have a skill application, which has pathetic taxonomy that reflect how much team understand about skills and their organization.. Purely Non IT company

Fixed Salary Structure is the only Pros.

Cons

The project tagging is pathetic. In most of the reviews this has been highlighted. You will be tagged to the project irrespective of your skill sets. Bench hiring is done and then employee has to face project specific interviews. Limited Projects. Projects are majorly staff augmented makes you feel like working as contractual employee. During Covid they were among the first company to go for pay-cut.

None i can think of.

Cons

They don't have projects . They will fire you once you are on bench. They have done salary deductions by saying they will not fire anyone but from the back door they are firing people. HUGE bench strength. Disrespectful/useless RAP allocation of project model.
