      > Should be opened in Noida. My only reason to quit Nagaroo because i have to relocate to Noida.

      Dear ex-colleague, thank you for your review. Opening an office in Noida is a request that has been very common from a lot of our existing colleagues. We have held to the belief that we should only open a new center if there is a strong strategic advantage to be gained by doing so. So far, a full-fledged center in Noida hasn't made a strong case for itself. Having said that, for the last 6 months or so, we have been experimenting with a satellite office in Noida. You can choose to work out of the Noida location for 2 or 3 days a week (depending on your team's dynamics) and the rest of the days you work from the Gurgaon office (where the bulk of your team members are). A large number of colleagues utilize this facility. If you would like to know more about how this Noida satellite office works, do reach out to us.       Nagarro has been growing tremendously and with this growth, there have been no dearth of opportunities for someone who is passionate towards work. There has always been enough work and space if you are willing to work hard and put your best. The company continues to be a technology strong company and expects everyone, irrespective of the role in the management structure, to be in touch with technology and the senior-most delivery folks are expected to be hands on technically in their area of business. Nagarro provides a flexible and supportive environment to let people bring in new ideas, innovate and open new avenues. Innovation is regarded very highly in all departments. In fact, Nagarro-ites take great pride in the challenging work they do and also in presenting innovative solutions to problems. In order to foster this technically charged environment and encourage thinking, Nagarro also conducts various hackathons, coding challenges etc. to keep the techie minds excited.

      Cons

      While the company fully supports flexibility and is ready to accommodate, a lot of colleagues tend to take this flexibility as weakness and demand the moon. This results in negative environment being created for fellow employees.

      You are working with brilliant minds and technology enthusiasts. Whenever you discuss anything with any colleague, you will discover something new in the technology area

      Cons

      Not a good working location, you might end-up in spending upto 2 hours for 2km due to the manufacturing industry traffic in the vicinity

      Dear colleague, thank you for your review on Glassdoor. I think the traffic situation is more or less the same all over Gurgaon for most office locations. But I agree that it can be a challenge, specifically during the rainy season. A lot of our colleagues are working around this by adjusting their office times (coming early and leaving early). And also by working from home on rainy days. On the other hand, we are also working to improve the road and traffic situations around our office by deploying our own traffic marshals. Having said that, the entire city has some way to go in the traffic management area and we all need to work together to address it - Nagarro is always on the forefront of this.
