Thank you for leaving a review here on Glassdoor. It is true that effort and success have a very strong positive correlation at Nagarro. That is part of our culture. I don't think we have done sales by technology in a long time. We are out there to solve problems for our customers regardless of their technology choices. Some of our customers already prefer a tech stack, others look to us for a recommendation and we recommend whichever is the best suited to their problem. Having said that, we do not lack in Java projects. In fact, we are currently hiring people with Java knowledge since we need more. Some of our largest projects are Java based. Yes, we don't compete with the large companies in terms of deal size - but we regularly compete with them in the projects that we go after anyway - and we beat them. Yes, we do have a long way to go. But I expect it to be a very exciting path that we are going down on. And anyone who is part of Nagarro on this path can be assured of an exciting ride. Thanks for leaving a review here on Glassdoor. I would really like to understand more the issue with the payslips. Your payslip would've changed this year because we made changes to the salary structure, but beyond that there shouldn't be any month-to-month changes. If you can reach out to me directly in the office so that we can go over what you have experienced, we can then use that feedback to improve our payroll process.
