Hello. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. I have some good news for you: none of the cons that you listed are something that we can't fix. I think you just haven't spent enough time at Nagarro to see that this is not the case. Let me try and address some of these points. The management at Nagarro is very approachable - you should reach out to any of us. Even reaching out to HR works well if you have any issues. I encourage you to do so. On work being not good, not productive, etc. - we take on some of the most cutting-edge projects that are about - gesture driven apps; apple watch apps; we run the R&D center of the largest security systems company in the world (one that is on the Forbes Top 100 most innovative companies in the world); we design games; we co-develop many products; and many many more exciting things. In fact, less than 20% of the people in the company do "support" work - others do pure development work. Give us a chance to show you how great the work at Nagarro is. It is something that we are proud of. But once again, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I assure you if you stick around, your outlook of Nagarro will improve.

Pros

- Many opportunities to learn. There are various group inside the organization which will help you develop your skills. - Good and very knowledgeable people to work around. - Xbox , gym , flexible timings, table tennis, - Very Good salary.

Cons

None as such but as the organisation is growing at a very rapid pace I have feeling that it may become like TCS and Infy.

Wow. Thank you for a 5 star review. Thank you for taking the time. I am very happy that you are finding Nagarro just the way we want to make it. I hope you are spreading the feeling of goodness that you have for working here among your colleagues. Yes, we have all of the pros that you mentioned and many more (flat organization, massive growth prospects, great people, an ever improving infrastructure, and others). You know, the con that you have listed - "become just like TCS and Infy" - it is our biggest fear. We DO NOT want to become just another mid-sized Indian IT company. We are furiously working towards not being one. We don't want to be one. We want to be nimble, flat, fun, elite, and fun again. Believe me, we are 100% aligned at senior management level on this one thing - so this will never happen. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review here. You should feel free to reach out to HR or senior management whenever you have input or you want to know more about Nagarro.

Pros

-The company makes you more responsible towards the tasks by giving you the full authority to take decisions for the project. -good learning, higher management easily approachable . -You are never free -Gym with instructor - Better company for a Developer - Good hikes & Compensation for a developer.

Cons

-Differentiation between a testing resource and dev resource in pakages & Hikes - Don't be surprised if a dev who's getting below average rating gets a better hike then a QA getting with an Outstanding rating, which is very dishearting for a QA. (This is a common cons which you can get on Glassdoor from a QA) - HR policies are not transparent & can be moulded for companies benefits. - ERP(Employee referral policy) is just a waste , no chance your friend would get selected if you send the CV to ERP team(You have a better chance if you directly send the CV to the HR)

Let me thank you for taking the time for such a detailed review. As you have described in the pros that you listed, we are a company which believes in a very flat organization. And with a structure comes responsibility of your work, which we believe is the only way that intelligent people want to work. Another benefit of the flat structure is that it provides learning opportunities and it makes everyone in the company very approachable (both upwards and downwards). Let me talk a little bit about some of the areas of improvement that you describe. The QA packages being different from developers is a common feedback that we receive (as you mentioned). Unfortunately, it is also the industry norm. This is something that we are monitoring all the time. We are also in the process of a paid salary bench-marking exercise through an external firm. While there are processes and policies which can use more maturity, they are not opaque on purpose - and are never used in an unfair manner towards the employees. I encourage you to ask question anytime you feel this is happening - even if it means escalating to the management (which is very approachable for any feedback). The ERP program is due for a revamp (we get hundreds of resumes as of now). You will see a new program roll out within this quarter. We are currently working on the design and testing a software for implementing it. Finally, regarding your advice to management - we are a good company to work for. Even if you are a QA - there are several new initiatives coming in place for the QA track. We are likely paying better than the market (even if it is lower compared to developers). Thank you once again for your time.
