Thank you for spending the time to write a review for us on Glassdoor. Let me quickly address the one con that you have described. The Work From Home policy is based on the approval of the project leadership for your project - as they are in the best position to decide whether someone can work effectively from a remote location. This typically varies from project to project, phase of the project, role of the individual, and other factors. These variables may make it seem that is a biased policy, but it is not (or not intended to be). In general, we think people should work from the office. Having said this, if you still feel that there is something that you find amiss with the policy, you are welcome to talk to me or anyone else in HR - and we can look at it. Once again, thank you for taking the time for your review.

Pros

Nagarro provides ample opportunities for developers to grow and groom up their skills. Paychecks and hikes are decent or better. Work life balance depends on project you are associated with :)

Cons

You might get stuck in one of those maintenance phase projects.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Glassdoor. Yes, we do think that we provide some of the best career opportunities in the IT services industry. And yes, short-term work-life balance can be impacted by a project which may be going through a rough patch (like anywhere really). However, there is no getting 'stuck' in a maintenance phase project - typically, people are rotated out from application management type work if they choose to. I think your advice to management is fair. While we have a fair ratings system, it is something that we have been improving in the last 2-3 quarters. If you have specific feedback about the shortcomings of the system, I (for one) will be very keen to get pointed feedback. If you would like to, then please reach out to HR. We really want to make it a five star experience for everyone who works in Nagarro and works with Nagarro. As you see some of these improvements in how we work, I hope you will come back and review us again, perhaps with some more stars (of course, it could be the reverse, but that is okay too). Once again, thank you for taking the time.

Pros

- Very good company - Nice policies - Quality Work, -The company makes you more responsible towards the tasks by giving you the full authority to take decisions for the project. Nice work culture. - Good Saary Hikes as compared to others in the market. See myself here for the next 5 years if the culture and policies remains the same. -You must be lucky to be working In Nagarro.

Cons

Although the company is really nice still some cons that i observed are regarding the hikes for Testers: - Differentiation between a testing resource and dev resource is not good. They infact do a lot of work as compared to Developers. - Hikes for Testing resource is less than a development resource, although yes its more than any other firm in the market. I know they are not cons but could not find anything bad in Nagarro. Would always suggest a person to join Nagarro.

Thank you for taking out the time to leave a review here at Glassdoor. I am happy to see that you find your stay at Nagarro worthwhile. I think you have captured one of the most important points on which we base the company culture - that we want people to have the autonomy that they need to carry out their work; that we want to be a very flat organization which doesn't depend on deep hierarchies to run its operations. I certainly feel lucky to be working at Nagarro. With reference to your points about testers, a lot of the difference between the developer and tester roles is driven by what is prevalent in the industry. Having said this, we still continue to evaluate this aspect of our organization better. Recently, a lot of effort is being put into place to see if we can leverage the quality assurance track for more than just testing. There is a lot of focus on acquiring skills for automation and other modern testing areas. This is something that we are committed to work on. Once again, thank you for your time for this review. I would like to let you know that you are welcome to share your feedback at any time with anyone in the management team.
