      Pros

      Opportunities to learn in projects. Work life balance. Healthy work environment (All above points depends on project manager)

      Cons

      Useless HR Department (excluding recruitment team). Mostly HR in (Process, TAP) are good for nothing. One can easily sense some nepotism around as few Strategic positions are taken by the wife and relatives of top executives, which in short are useless.

      Good appraisal if you have good manager.

      Cons

      Weak management, Company has changed with the time in last few years but the old employee, specially managers and directors, of the company has not changed. They don't have have exposure to the outside world and treat the employees like labor.
