      Company has lost all the pros it had.

      Cons

      No ethics while creating policies. You leave the company one month after your appraisal cycle ends and you still lose your due increment. What do you want to show to your employees that we don't value your contribution for the past 1 year because you are now leaving.

      In my 8+ tenure with nagarro: 1. Non hierarchical reporting structure 2. Approachable management (never thought twice before directly pinging or emailing the CEO ) 3. Role transition support and career guidance (by highly qualified down to earth leaders in nagarro) 4. Amazing work life balance, you are treated as an extended family member to say the least 5. Don't know about others but I definitely like the initiatives taken for environment safety awareness 6. Got to work with bests of Technology Analysts in the industry

      1. Difficult to get work in the business domain of your interest, which is understandably depends on available projects 2. Onsite opportunities - I felt a little favoritism in this area

      Office location Internal Politics (Old vs New joiners) You can survive if you are good in lip services and every week come with some new buzz word or Idea No quality work. Most of times deal with RFPs , workshops If you don't have Godfather then your job is on toss
