Pros

Be ready to get some great experience from the leaders in the mobile space, and key partners in this domain

Cons

The culture is not quite open as suggested by the HR. Furthermore, I witnessed that talent is counted in years of experience rather than quality of work. You would need "years" under your belt to get up the ladder

Get to work with great minds Lots of learning at almost every level Above average compensation Great work environment, good office timings 8:30 - 5:30 Good amount of resources and infrastructure

Cons

Company is struggling to survive, so job security questionable Too many great ideas but not all come up in products Killed own platforms to join hands with MS for WP

Managers depend mostly on team leads to evaluate the performance, which is not correct.
