Pros

You'll get good compensation.Extra benefits are also good like phone, mobile bill etc.

Cons

* No respect by managers. * They'll force you to commit the work beyond your limit.Though they'll be busy whole day with share trading. * No matter what good work you did, recognition will be given to the one manager wants or can be simply ignored(Though he'll present the same work as his achievement). No use of addressing your concerns to higher management, they'll favor to manager. *Managers will engage you in assignment with tight schedule, they'll be doing share trading whole day.
