Pros

Awesome benefits and the pay is great. 9/80 is certainly life changing and paid holidays and annual shutdown are also great. EdAssist is also great and one can easily finish a job related degree here for free.

Cons

Insurance premium is a lot more expensive than my previous employees. Your work environment almost solely depends on the managers. A lot of mediocre people brag about going into office 4-5 days a week when it's only 2-3 days required. There is a lot of nepotism so you will see the kids of some high level managers working alongside. You will wonder how some get more promotion and opportunities in general.
