Pros

You wont lose your job. People who suck get promoted after getting kicked off of teams haha

Cons

Not good for young SWE. Kinda all old tech and boring work. Tech is all falling apart even with efforts to revamp the SWDP department.

Pros

Very strong WLB and interesting projects to work on. There is always something to work on and people are very kind/easy to talk in case you need help with something.

Cons

There is quite a bit of red tape and work processes can take weeks to get through
