Pros

- 9/80 work schedule - Decent benefits

Cons

- Your recruiter might not tell you about the relocation benefits even when you qualify for it - The rotation structure isn’t that compatible with the business model they are following - The Pathways Program(early career) program just sounds and looks good on paper. It is a very disorganized program in real life. - They keep changing the structure of the pathways program but they seem to not understand that its the basics they are doing wrong. - There are engineers with no projects (work) in the company but they keep on adding new employees. - When looking for your 2nd and 3rd rotations some of the hiring managers didn't hire me just because I am a pathways engineer. I have been told, " we don't want pathways, if you quit pathways, I will take you in". Hence, some hiring managers don't take pathways seriously.
